Cornerstone buys Madison M&A firm

Cornerstone Business Services, Inc., a mergers and acquisition services firm with offices in
Green Bay
,
Milwaukee
and
Detroit, said Monday that it has purchased an M&A firm in
Madison
.
Cornerstone said it acquired Hoesly & Co. Inc. from owner Michael S. Hoesly. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hoesly will remain with the company and serve as director of Cornerstone's
Madison
division.
