Madison M&A firm is acquired SOURCE: Wisconsin State Journal, February 7, 2006 Cornerstone Business Services has purchased Hoesly and Co., a Madison mergers and acquisitions firm, from owner Michael S. Hoesly. Terms of the acquisition involving the two privately owned companies were not disclosed. Hoesly and Co., established in 1985, has completed more than 160 transactions in 12 states and five additional countries. Michael Hoesly will stay with the company as director of the Madison division. Cornerstone, based in Green Bay, also has offices in Milwaukee and Detroit. The combined company will have about 24 employees. |
