Hoesly to Lead Cornerstone's Madison Division

) Michael Hoesly will serve as director of Cornerstone Business Services’ newly established
Madison
division.
Cornerstone Business Services is a full-service mergers and acquisitions firm selling privately-held businesses with revenues up to $30 million. Cornerstone acquired Hoesly and Company, Inc., the mergers and acquisitions firm Hoesly founded.
Hoesly founded his firm in 1985. Since inception, he and his associates have completed more than 160 transactions in 12 states and five foreign countries.
As a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Hoesly was awarded the association's Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation in 1989. He has served in a variety of leadership roles including association president in 1999. Hoesly is also a member of the
Institute
of
Business Appraisers
.
Hoesly speaks to brokers, valuators, and other professionals throughout the
United States
,
Canada
, and
Australia
. He teaches at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and has presented to the State Bar of Wisconsin on closely-held business transactions and valuations. He is active in Rotary, the Business and Education Partnership, and several other service and professional organizations.
