Cornerstone Business Services Acquires Madison M&A Firm

) Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. has acquired Hoesly and Company, Inc., a
Madison
mergers and acquisitions firm from Michael S. Hoesly of
Madison
,
Wisconsin
.
Hoesly founded his firm in 1985. Since then, Hoesly and Company has completed more than 160 transactions in 12 states and five foreign countries. Hoesly will remain with the company and will serve as director of Cornerstone’s
Madison
division.
“Mr. Hoesly is one of the most respected advisors in the state of
Wisconsin

Hoesly said the sale was about finding a good fit for his firm, not retirement.
