Cornerstone Business Services Opens Division Office in Brookfield

Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. of Green Bay , Wisconsin , is pleased to announce the opening of its new regional division at 18500 W. Corporate Drive, Suite 120 in Brookfield , Wisconsin.   Cornerstone is a full-service mergers and acquisitions firm selling businesses with values greater than $1 million.

 “We will help fill the need for lower middle market mergers and acquisitions and high-end business brokerage services in this region of the state,” said Nancy Schott , director of the Milwaukee division.  “Cornerstone gives private business owners a proven avenue through which to sell their company.”

The Milwaukee office will focus primarily on businesses in southeastern Wisconsin .  The firm had been experiencing growing demand from that region of the state.  “The opening of this office makes it more convenient for our current clients and it also positions us to expand in the metro Milwaukee area,” Schott said.

Cornerstone was founded in Green Bay , Wisconsin , in 2001 by Scott Bushkie. Since its opening, it has successfully handled more than 48 transactions in Wisconsin and Michigan . The firm closes 76 percent of its engagements compared to the industry average of 20 percent.
