Cornerstone Business Services Cornerstone Announces Sale of OnSite Storage Portable Storage Container Business Sold Sale Brokered by Cornerstone Business Services For Immediate Release: April 01, 2006 (Green Bay, WI) Cornerstone Business Services is pleased to announce the sale of Appleton Steel Container, LLC d/b/a OnSite Storage. Jim and Kathy Zimmermann, of Green Bay, Wisconsin acquired the company from Scott Ozark, Craig Hess and John Daniels. The transaction was handled by Jason Muenster of Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. Appleton Steel Container owns and leases portable storage containers in varying lengths and widths with an assortment of specialty features such as ramps, electrical wiring and shelving. The portable units provide secure, accessible temporary storage for a client base consisting of large and small retailers, construction companies, medical centers, schools, utilities, distributors, hospitality businesses and residential households. OnSite Storage serves Northeast Wisconsin.
