(Green Bay, WI) Cornerstone Business Services is pleased to announce the sale of Transolutions LLC, a Moscow, Russia based railway consulting company. Amsted Rail of Chicago, a leading supplier to the rail industry, acquired the company.
Transolutions is a U.S. managed business development and consulting company focused on the Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States railway market. The transaction was handled by Scott Bushkie, president and owner of Cornerstone Business Services.
