Cornerstone Business Services is pleased to announce the sale of Horizon Industries, located at
422 Third Street
in
Ashland
,
Wisconsin
. Mark and Pamela Van Camp of Freedom,
Wisconsin
acquired the company. The transaction was handled by the Manufacturing Division of Cornerstone Business Services.
Horizon Industries was jointly owned by Glenn Wille, Judy Wetzel, Kent Koehler, and Dee Dee Koehler. Kent Koehler will remain with the company for one year; the other owners will provide short-term transition assistance.
Horizon Industries is an original equipment manufacturer providing turned and milled parts and hydraulic control units and cylinders.
Mark Van Camp previously served as a foreman for Coenen Mechanical, Inc. in
Seymour
,
Wisconsin
