Cornerstone Business Services
Investment casting business sold.

(Green Bay, WI) Cornerstone Business Services has announced the sale of a Milwaukee based investment casting company to Reliant Equity Advisors, based in Chicago. The transaction was handled by Christopher Zuzick of Cornerstone Business Services.
Reliant Equity Investors is a management private equity investment firm with more than $120 million under management that invests in fundamentally sound middle market businesses.
With the addition of the Milwaukee based investment casting company, Reliant now provides castings for the food service, industrial, automotive and consumer product industries. Reliant already operates Saginaw Powertrain, Inc., (SPI), a supplier of automotive drive train components.
