Cornerstone Hires Kwaterski as Transaction Advisor

Cornerstone Business Services is pleased to announce that Keith Kwaterski has joined the Cornerstone team as a Business Transaction Advisor.
Kwaterski brings 28 years of mergers and acquisitions experience with him to Cornerstone. He has participated in buy- and sell-side transactions, providing deal structuring and integrated tax strategies while serving as the primary advisor for mid- to large-size companies and family-owned businesses.
Before joining Cornerstone, Kwaterski spent seven years as the CFO of a privately held manufacturing company with $45 million in sales. He directed financial and tax planning, cash flow management and coordinated business growth strategies through acquisitions and expansions.
Prior to that, he was a tax shareholder at Schenck Business Solutions in Appleton where he participated in numerous M&A transactions and reorganizations for companies such as Jack’s Pizza, Kimberly-Clark and Pierce Manufacturing. He also served in management roles with Arthur Andersen & Co. and American Appraisal in Milwaukee.
