BIOGRAPHY

Chris joined Cornerstone in 2003 and has held a variety of positions with the company including Business Development Specialist and Vice President of Operations. He currently is a Business Transaction Advisor doing what he loves most, helping business owners successfully transition their companies to new owners. While with Cornerstone, Chris has participated in approximately 50 ownership transitions with a total of $58 million in transaction value.

Chris earned designation as a Certified Business Intermediary from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) in July of 2004. A CBI designation requires more than 60 credit hours of coursework and rigorous examinations. It recognizes education and superior working knowledge of business brokerage skills. Cornerstone Business Services has four CBI designated advisors, more than any other Wisconsin firm.

Chris came to Cornerstone Business Services from Baylake Bank, a Wisconsin lending institution with 27 branches and an asset base of $1 billion. He served as an assistant vice president of commercial lending and worked with more than 125 regional business owners, managing a loan portfolio of approximately $45 million.

Working with a range of businesses including convenience stores, manufacturing companies, hotels, and retail, Chris structured a variety of loan packages that included small business administration (SBA) financing, fixed rate loans, and working capital lines of credit.

Chris holds a degree in business administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere , Wisconsin . He is an avid follower of the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers. He resides in Green Bay with his wife and their five children.
