Chris Zuzick is Managing Director of Cornerstone Business Services’ Milwaukee division. Chris joined Cornerstone after several years of running his own M&A advisory firm in the greater Milwaukee area. In concert with Cornerstone’s philosophy, Chris believes any business transition should be a win-win solution. A sale should provide a significant return to the seller while positioning both the buyer and the business for future success.

Chris began his career in the manufacturing industry, holding senior management roles and demonstrating consistent capacity to increase sales, boost profits, and direct efficient operations. In 1999, Chris took a vice presidency with an M&A firm assisting privately-held enterprise companies. From there, Chris served as principal with the M&A division of a large, full-service accounting firm. In 2003, he established his own practice to provide lower to mid-market business owners with the same depth and quality of service found in larger M&A firms, a belief in this quality of service is one of the many Chris shares with Cornerstone. By joining with Cornerstone, Chris offers that same service while leveraging the Cornerstone network, sales process, and support team.

Chris is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) with the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors and holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.

He lives in Sussex with his wife and four children. A coach and board member with the Sussex Soccer Club, Chris also serves as chairman of the Sussex Economic Development Committee and is past president of the Sussex Area Chamber of Commerce.
