Don Murphy joined the Cornerstone team in early 2009 as Director of Operations. He has more than 20 years experience in operations and management and personal insight into business ownership. His core mandate is to oversee day-to-day activities and increase operational efficiencies between all of Cornerstone’s Midwest offices.
Don is a co-founder and past-president of Team Industries Inc., based in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Team Industries is a privately owned metal fabrication company that had $80MM in revenues and approximately 250 employees when Don left the company in 2008. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting.
Don has proven experience managing a growing business and is well positioned to oversee developing business processes, freeing Cornerstone president Scott Bushkie to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
Don was a longtime member of TEC 17 and is an annual organizer with the Evans Scholar Foundation fundraising program through the Fox Valley Golf Club. He and his wife live in Freedom with their two kids.
