As the seller coordinator, Laura Spiering’s primary role is to assist our sellers through the closing process. Once an offer to purchase, or letter of intent, has been accepted, Laura will manage the due diligence process and closing checklist to make sure the sale moves forward to a smooth and successful conclusion.

Laura has the ability to manage information critical to all parties involved in a sale. She works closely with accountants, attorneys and lending institutions to make sure every aspect of your transaction has been addressed.

Before joining Cornerstone in May 2005, Laura worked as a paralegal and loan closer for Lincoln Title Services, Inc., drafting documents and managing closings associated with the sale of commercial and residential properties. In this role, as well as with Cornerstone, Laura interacted with lenders, attorneys, appraisers and other title companies on a daily basis.

She is a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and holds a degree in paralegal studies. She enjoys fishing and spending time with her family.
