Bob Rupp is president and partner of the Renewal Group LLC, a business improvement consulting firm helping closely held companies maximize their potential during times of transition. Previously, Mr. Rupp led Appleton International, Inc. as president and CEO from 2001 until their sale in December of 2004. Before joining Appleton, he had been president of American Finishing Resources for almost four years and had a 19-year career with Green Bay-based Shade Information Systems.

Mr. Rupp is currently on the board of three for-profit corporations and two non-profit organizations. He is also a member of the Chancellor’s Council of Trustees for the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. He joined Cornerstone's advisory board in October 2005. Mr. Rupp resides in Denmark, WI with his wife and two children.
