Scott Schoeneman leads Cornerstone’s Maximizer program, a targeted service aimed at delivering fast, equitable exits from distressed businesses. Scott works in partnership with lenders and business owners to maximize the value of a sale in a controlled, expedited process.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Scott served as a commercial loan officer for a regional bank. During his time there, he built up a loan portfolio that focused heavily in SBA start ups, loan servicing and later, negotiating settlements in loan workouts.
Scott was also a former small business owner managing a small retail business on a day to day basis. Through this he experienced the challenges of ever changing cash flows, changing industry pressures, human resources, and quality control.
Scott is also a real estate broker and seasoned real estate investor. His focus in real estate was in mid to higher end new construction.
Scott holds a business degree from St. Norbert College and lives in the Green Bay area with his wife and two young daughters.
