Michael Thuecks is vice president of sales & marketing for the Ariens Company in Brillion, Wisconsin. Overseeing both the Ariens and Gravely brands throughout North America, Mr. Thuecks is responsible for sales force management, retail channel decisions, customer service and marketing. As a member of the Ariens Company executive team, he also helps to drive strategic planning, new product development and profitability metrics.

Mr. Thuecks is a past member of the Board of Directors for SMEI (Sales & Marketing Executives, Inc.) and OPEDA (Outdoor Power Equipment Distributor Association). He joined the Cornerstone Business Services advisory board in October 2005.

Mr. Thuecks holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He and his wife live in Combined Locks. They have two children.
