Help owners finish strong.
Build your career at Cornerstone.

We advise lower middle market business owners through company sales,
acquisition searches, and valuations. Our job is to bring structure, clarity, and a
team that can execute at a high level, without losing the human side of the work.

Why Cornerstone is Different

We are intentionally selective about the companies we represent. We only move forward when we believe we can generate multiple offers and meaningfully improve the outcome for the owner. That mindset shapes our culture and the way we work as a team.

Assurance 360

A structured deal process built to create options, protect confidentiality, and reduce seller regrets. It is designed to generate multiple offers and strong closing outcomes while still considering factors beyond price.

Team approach, not a solo act

A dedicated advisor leads each engagement. Behind them is a coordinated team supporting valuation, positioning, outreach, and execution. You will not be left guessing what happens next.

Honest conversations

We tell clients what they need to hear so they can make clear decisions. That includes saying “not yet” when timing, expectations, or market reality do not align.

Legacy level outcomes

A successful exit is not just the number. It is the confidence that the owner made the right decision and can step into what comes next. We focus on deals that protect legacy and support the life a family wants after close.
