Leroy Matuszak is a Senior Vice President at Cornerstone Business Services where he advises business owners and executives on mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, and ownership transitions. His work focuses on helping owners prepare for strategic alternatives while executing competitive sale processes involving strategic buyers and financial sponsors.

Leroy supports transactions across industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction related services, and transportation and logistics. His experience includes valuation analysis, financial modeling, buyer outreach, and transaction execution.

Prior to joining Cornerstone Leroy spent more than three decades with CliftonLarsonAllen and its predecessor Schenck, one of the largest accounting firms in the United States. As a shareholder he advised privately held companies on accounting, tax strategy, and financial planning while working closely with management teams and owners.

Leroy is a Certified Public Accountant and brings deep financial and operational insight to the M&A process.
