Rodney Ott is a Senior Vice President at Cornerstone Business Services where he advises founders and family owned businesses on mergers & acquisitions and ownership transitions. Rodney works with clients throughout the transaction process including valuation, positioning, buyer outreach, negotiations, and due diligence.

Rodney has advised on transactions in industries including manufacturing, distribution, waste, trucking, and professional services.  He maintains relationships with strategic acquirers and financial sponsors active in these sectors.

Prior to joining Cornerstone Rodney worked at Plexus Corp., a public global electronics manufacturing services company, where he served as Senior Financial Analyst supporting global market development and corporate financial planning.  Earlier in his career Rodney served as Administrative Manager for Hartley Controls, a division of Neenah Foundry Company, where he oversaw accounting, pricing, and financial planning.

Rodney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
